Dr. Diya obtained his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.)(MD) degree from Igbinedion University, Okada in 2010. He later went on to become a specialist family physician and has since distinguished himself as an occupational health expert, infectious disease specialist, and lifestyle/wellness coach.
Dr. Diya is highly sought after as a speaker on various health-related topics.
Prior to founding Celebrity Platinum Hospital, Dr. Diya served as the Chief Clinical Director at Ave Maria Hospital, Oniru, Lagos. He has taken up strategic roles at Atlantis Pediatrics Hospital in Lekki 1, where he currently serves as Deputy Director, Clinical Services in charge of Family Medicine, and also a strategic partner/director.
